Accommodation during CERC '00

Welcome to the CERC 2000 Hotel Reservation Form. If you want us to ensure an accommodation for you during the Regional Contest, fill in the following form. There are no single rooms in the Contest Hotel.

The official Contest Hotel is Hotel Krystal in Prague. It is necessary to use the underground and the tram to get to this Hotel from our Department. It takes about 45 minutes to get there.

Unfortunately, we have only a limited number of rooms reserved in the Contest Hotel. Please reserve as soon as possible because the requests will be handled on the first-come first-served basis. We will try to reserve more rooms when we know the exact number of people.

The price will be at most 1050 CZK per two-bed room per one night in Krystal. We are trying to get some other discount but we cannot guarantee it now.

The deadline for accommodation reservation is October 21st, 2000.

Please note that there are NO SINGLE ROOMS in Contest Hotel! Use the above checkboxes only in the case you do not mind to share the room with anyone else of the same gender.
If you want to stay alone, you have to request a double room even for a single person! This is the standard way to make a reservation. But if you want to share a room and pay a half price only, you may select the above checkboxes and we will try to find a roommate for you among other contestants and coaches. Of course, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do that.

The Contest begins on Friday with the Open Ceremony, conferrals and presentations. It is necessary for all the teams to get to the contest building no later than at 9 a.m.!!! On Saturday, the Award Ceremony and the Banquet are held in the evening - it is difficult to determine the exact time of its end.
